In PROXY there are currently 60 professional staff, of which there are 15 tax advisors and 10 auditors.

Since the majority of our clients are Czech subsidiaries of foreign companies, our employees speak German and/or English. Our employees continuously develop their professional skills by attending different kinds of training. PROXY organises regular internal workshops, mandatory for all employees, which are aimed at sharing up-to-date information about new amendments of accounting and tax legislation, this ensuring high quality services to our clients. They also take part in seminars and lectures given by leading Czech specialists based on their specialization. Courses of German and English language are fixed part of our educational and training system.
